Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.

Cancellation / No Show Policy
At Ericka's Somabel we have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

All Injection/Medical Appointments:
15 minutes – $75
30-59 minutes – $125
60+ minutes – $175
All Skin Health Appointments:
Skin Consultations – $30
Any Skin Health Service – $75
If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 3 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Ericka's Somabel.
We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Somabel team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.

Children Policy
Here at Ericka's Somabel, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Pet Policy
Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

Notice: Our Approach To Neuromodulators
Many clinics price neuromodulator treatments by “area,” rather than by the actual amount of medication used. At Somabel, we take a more precise, individualized, and science-based approach.
We do not dose neuromodulators strictly according to pharmaceutical on-label unit standards because each neuromodulator brand unit of measurement is different and not interchangeable. Instead, our providers customize reconstitution to account for the true amount of active neurotoxin (150 kDa) delivered, measured in nanograms.
Our internal unit of measurement is customized insulin units, and patients are charged based on the exact amount of active medication used (per insulin unit), not by treatment area alone.
The neuromodulator selected — Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin® — is chosen based on the patient’s medical history, prior toxin response, anatomy, aesthetic goals, and personal preference.
